Hardcore 'Vette

Hey followers, sorry for the empty few days, it's been a busy weekend.

Anyway, straight back into action, with an amazing GMC motor. Built to show off the performance parts and packages you can buy for the Z06, this is the ultimate you can buy. So first, The Corvette Z06X.
Oh god the list of extras is mouth watering. Based as a 'track' version of the Z06, this 'vette has got:
• 2011 CFZ-option carbon fiber package, including splitter and rockers
• Adjustable carbon fiber wing
• ZR1 carbon fiber roof panel and B-pillar panels
• Radio, carpeting and sound-deadening material removed
• SCCA-spec roll cage
• SCCA-approved window net
• Racing seat with five-point safety harness
• Fire suppression system
• Genuine Corvette Accessory racing pedal kit
• LS7 7.0L V-8 engine and Tremec six-speed manual transmission
• Low-restriction air intake system
• High-capacity radiator and enhanced cooling system
• New-for-2011 Z07 Performance Package, feature Brembo carbon ceramic brake rotors and special brake pads
• Lightweight racing wheels in black; 19-inch (front) and 20-inch (rear)
• Michelin racing tires
....and more. I want one.

  4. Unfortunately I can't seem to find how much it'd actually cost, I guess it might be a bit of a 'if you have to ask, you don't have enough' kinda thing.

  10. This corvette does look great, I just love muscle cars and one day I'd love to restore one, I have a degree in automotive engineering so knowledge shouldn't be a problem, however neighbours probably wouldn't like the sounds, since there would be quite a lot of revving

  11. I love the feature list, but someday I really hope that Corvette steps out their comfort zone with the designs and tries something really bold. I feel like it really has maintained the same feel over the years.
